We started this project with a simple goal: to bring more food options to an area that needed them. As lifelong supporters of our local universities and the dynamic culture that surrounds them, we saw an opportunity to create a central hub where the community could enjoy high-quality dining in a lively, welcoming space. The Pavilion features a curated selection of up to six food trucks operating throughout the seasons, with confirmed vendors like Slutty Vegan and Dirty Dog already on board. We aim to offer both variety and reliability, making this more than just a place to eat—it's a shared space for connection, discovery, and exceptional food.
